I think for a first year those are good numbers, Rob. If the T.P.E.B.B. is a big hit we can plan for more next year!

Figure 120 eggs is plenty and 20 gallon is plenty. Snooze ya lose! When it is gone, it is gone! If your're not up by 10 am, you have missed half the day! Just hope there is a couple left for me after cooking. Thumbs Up

5lbs. unsalted butter

salt/pepper
