Wave Hey Hippie, are we saving the egg whites for you? It seems we had that conversation somewhere down the line.

Just got in on this thread, and I'd like to participate.  I've got a few chickens who lay good organic eggs.  Should I bring what I've got to contribute? Probably a few dozen by the time I leave Taos on Monday, or do y'all have the situation well in hand?

I have to say that so far, no one has ever showed up in Town Park with a few dozen chickens.  Talk about raising the bar.

And Hippie only brings a sink.  When you gonna add a chicken coop, Hippie?   Thumbs Up

C. Bacon looks great...nice and lean. Two 1oz slices per muffin. This is going to be too good . Adding  a little more because it sounds like a great turnout!

Well. we've got the fever bad! I dreamt last night that Kim and I walked into Smugglers and it was like a geat big old family reunion. My god, we havent even met you folks! Also caught myself not paying one bit of attention to the boss the other day because I was daydreaming about the looks on the faces of the Festivarians as they went through the Wed morning chow line! Sleepy eyes, mussed hair, in their jammies. Plate of bennies and pastries in one hand and a big ol' honkin' Bloody mary in the other.  Thumbs Up

Chaffers? Thought I had all the equipment bought for this year! Not up to par, chef wise...just a good ole midwestern farm cook. Figureing this out as I go.
Guess I could wander into Regazie's(sp/) on the hill, and it would be the same thing. Deja Vous!  You both are going to be blown away...but the jumping in to be a part is the great thing. Jailhouse is rocking and rolling about 4pm on Sat., if us old boys have the energy and don't give out.
Crap.. dang Maker's Mark.. chafers...Got two...thing that might be enough...folks are going to be pulling them bene's out as fast as we can get them put together!
You know, jumping in like this means you will be now locked in every year! Not a bad thing! Perge! Cheers
