Looks like it's been said. Make sure everyone has their meds, and drink water as often as they can, the altitude sneaks up on you. You were there. You remember.
If they seem extra tired it might be 'cause they are.
Every time my in-laws (in their 60's) come up to Flagstaff (we're at 7,000 ft.) from Phx. (3,000) they take several extra naps a day. When my mom visits from Louisiana (sea level) she doesn't seem to need any and she's 84. The higher elevations affect everyone differently so keep an eye on 'em. Suggest everyone wander back to the condo in the afternoon for a siesta to be ready for the fiesta.
I'm bringing my 9 year old
so I bet we'll see ya in the shade. Or the sun ifen it's a cold one this year!
