As a new member I just wanted to say hi and express my gratitude for this place.
I recently scored some desperately needed passes to Rockygrass from a very kind member on this board
and have been poking around a bit and enjoying the close knit vibe you guys have going on here.

Thank you all for being so awesome!
I will lurk some more and try to add something constructive.

See you at Rockygrass!
Ill be pickin the mandolin at Meadow Creek.  Wave

For bacon lovers - Marco's Hot Dogs!    :drool :drool

Anybody had one?   It's a bacon-wrapped mexican-style hot dog!   oh so good!(and i don't usually like hot dogs)

It's the first place my dad wanted to go when I picked him up at the airport (kinda like White Castles for me when I'm visiting back home)

It's a cart, sets up at 17th and Main in Longmont.  I think it's our consolation prize - We don't have any place cool like Planet BlueGrass - but we've got Marcos!!!!

I like this idea - a lot.  Feels very cultured and enlightened.  I can picture happy pigs romping through meadows of wildflowers, swimming in mountain streams, wallowing in pristine mud just before you sneak up behind them and shoot 'em in the head.  Never know what hit 'em.

Wonder what all is entailed in starting a free range bacon farm.  Clearly need some land and a shot gun...

Hmmmmm

Poor little piggies, going from free-range (snort, snort) to close range.  BAM! (squeal squeal)

There was talk of pig roast next year.  Who's gonna jump on THAT and make it happen? LOL LOL LOL LOL  Backhoe, firewood, palm leaves, pig, shovels.  Not too huge an undertaking.  Rolleyes  There are already some pretty deep "low spots" in the campground.  Evil

That is seriously disconcerting. But strangely attractive.  Quite certain I am salivating
