We are running into a job problem ourselves
Deb is totaly pissed with her job and is looking for another
I told her she has to get a wriiten pre employment argeement
for Days off in June

 Wave   Ahhhhhh....The last couple of jobs I had I made pre-employment negotiations for time off in June and October!

Hey, I'm doing some job searching right now myself and will definitely have TBF2009 as a sticking point in the negotiations.  Funny how we all have the same priorities!   :)
