thanks for the advice - now i just have to deal with the next 9 months  fortunately we are going to see Yonder Mountain in NYC next month :)

Ya'll are going to have to get by without me next year  Frown  My new job has me on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off up in Prudhoe Bay, and that means TBF '09 falls smack dab in the middle of my shift for that month.  Turns out I am going to be working for a lot of things...like Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and my birthday...bleh  Frown

Maybe between now and then you could do some trading with one or two of the other guys or girls to make it possible.  Or you could just come down to the lower 48 on your 2 weeks off and get stranded?  Telluride airport has been known to be closed you know.  And besides, if you don't come,  that leaves Carla defenseless against Ron. HA! SUR(we still love ya) Not really, Carla can take care of herself; she proved that THIS year!

Mitch, that is completely unsatisfactory!!!!!  Sounds like if you just reverse your 2 weeks on and off then you'd be set for just about everything!  Figure it out!!  If you want us all to call your boss for you then just give us his name and number.  I'm sure after a dozen or so calls from people he would understand.

Me and my alternate are in negotiations about some schedule shifting, so there may yet be hope for Chief Runs On Bacon.  I'll keep you appraised as things develop.
