I have asked a few questions in previous posts, but I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed all of the information and excitement I have read from the veteran Festivarians.  I cannot WAIT for my first TBF experience.

I keep asking my boss for one more day off before the festival every time I read about rumballs and home brew contests (I am up to Monday now).

I would like to come down early and hang out with everyone....  Since I now have Monday off, would it be possible for me to camp in Town Park until Tuesday?  I have other arrangements for Tuesday night through the end of the festival, but I would love it if I could hang out with everyone before then.  I have read some previous posts about Planet Bluegrass taking over Town Park on Saturday, but I would be willing to pay to camp until Tuesday morning.  Let me know if anyone has any insight   :)

Here is to new friends  Cheers

Jen, jobs are temporary, Festival is forever!!!! Cheers

Lurker checkin' in...
I'm still having a difficult time adjusting to this format.   I'm an old wooden shoe listserv guy, so the new flashy technicolor forum is a bit overwhelming for me.  In my skimming of the postings, I haven't seen anything from my Fishbone Familia.  Am I the only one from that whole camp who has dipped my toes into this forum?

Cheers,

James is the only other Fishbone member on here as far as I know, but I don't know how active he is on it. Glad to see you come out of lurkdom. Cheers
I hope you're not too overwhelmed by the forum, but you'll get used to it. Wink

the planet folks don't really start checking for wrist bands until Thursday morning. You are welcome to join into all of the town park festivities all the way up into the wed evening rumballs/potluck/fashion/slide show madness.
 Cheers

This kinda' seems to fit this topic... and I sure as heck don't know how to start a whole new category, so here goes... Obviously, I need some help with the "quote" option when replying.  Yours all look so organized...set aside in a fabulous format in a cute little box.  So spiffy!  How do you do that???  Also, please tell me there is some way to spellcheck on this... Up to now, I've just been looking carefully, but ... spellcheck would alleviate some stress for this neurotic English teacher;)

In Peace,
michelle

When you hit the "quote" button it places the original post inside the message box with tags. If you go to the very end of the message, after the /qoute] and enter your message then it works fine....
If you try to input your message before that "end quote tag" then your message ends up inside the quote. And if you delete the beginning quote tag..([ quote ] then you eliminate the quote box.

I hope that makes sense to you. Thumbs Up
