Here's a leftover recipe that I'm just formulating in my brain at the moment, will try it tomorrow.

Sweet Potatoe S'mores

Leftover sweet potato with cinamon, nutmeg, ginger rolled into small balls and flattened.

Dip the flattened cakes in corn flake, coconut and nut bread crumb mixture

put on a cookie sheet with a mini marshmellow on top of it.

Bake until the marshmellow is golden.  This might require a pre-bake of the cakes then top with a marshmellow for a final bake.

Courtney,

What can one do with a tortilla, possibly a corn tortilla, and those leftovers?

Courtney,
Paula Deen had a similar recipe the other day- except she put the marshmallow in the middle.. She rolled in coconut.

It's always OK to be a bit tipsy during the holidays, as long as you're not driving. Thumbs Up

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and hope you have a very happy holiday season. Cheers

I want to try that milkshake, really I do, but I can't bring myself to putting the pie in the blender - yet.

As for the yam s'mores.  After some deliberation, I think a smashed graham cracker and coconut crust would be better, but they were really deliciouso.

Either you folks guard your recipes like gold, or this bunch doesn't do much cooking outside of the campground. LOL

I hope everyone had a great Turkey day. Cheers
