When I tried to complete my transaction, I'm not sure if everything went through because it proceeded to go to a blank page. Then, when I check my order history in My Account it shows no orders. However, there is a $205 pending Planet Bluegrass charge on my online bank statement so I can't tell whether the transaction went through correctly or not. Anyone else have this issue?

huh  Something is sour in this whole process.  Tickets are being scalped 20 min. after they went on sale.  Four days sold out in 18 min.  Scalpers SUCK.  Planet Bluegrass has to something about this.  This is NOT the festivarian spirit.  This whole experience is bullshit.  How do the scalpers get so many tickets to get on line and sell 20 min. after the sales open?  SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN DENMARK.   Mad

"Great experience"
That's sarcasm... right? I got 4-day passes in my cart, tried to checkout and was then told the 4-days were out of stock.

...better. Not great! I got the Tix in my Shopping Cart right away, but when I went to Checkout, I repeatedly got blank screen timeouts and had to back up and repeat each Checkout and Continue.  Took me about 15 minutes, but finally got my confirmation for 4x4-day passes.  Any longer and my Shopping Cart probably would have gotten emptied and they would have been sold out.  Not great!

Boy I'm glad you folks had such good luck.

I put Festival Tickets into my cart; Timer showed : YOUR SHOPPING CART WILL EXPIRE IN: 10:00.
I then continued shopping added Mary Illiam Camping and the timer showed expires in 10:00 minutes.
I then added M.I vehicle pass and again the timer reset to 10:00.
Then looking at my cart, there's one big highlighted banner in Red that says something about an item in your cart is no longer available.. apparently the festival passes had sold out.
I assumed that stuff in your cart would stay there until either the current timer expired, or a purchase was made.

Perhaps in the future, PB could indicated you only have 10:00 minutes from the first item put in your basket until the purchase must be completed...

I had two 4 day passes in my cart and as I was trying to buy camping the 4 day's sold out. Seems to me like those tickets in my cart should have been held for me.

Hey everyone, I was able to buy a 4-day festival pass even though the first screen says SOLD OUT.   Keep trying!

I got my ticket so I can't complain. I don't think I would describe it as great just because it took over 15 mins and I had to reload a blank checkout page. I guess thats to be expected when everyone logs on at the same time though.
