Keep your ear to the ground, Linds. Last year, tickets for TP were really hard to get early on, but closer to the festival, people were desperate to get rid of some of them. You may still get a TP pass.

Well, if I don't, it's not a big deal.  I'll be a lot closer to my tent when I sleep in line!  Wink

It may be too early to do this, but if I'm in Werner, the only issue I really foresee is not having any shade.  Nothing worse than a broiling tent, especially for instruments and such.  I have an EZ-up, but I also know space is at a premium there.  I'm coming to Telly solo, so if anybody wants to plan to camp together, we can share the shade, or even cluster our tents under it and use tarps off the ends to keep all of our tents nice and cool.  Just a thought!

I wonder what percentage of people got their tickets?  Everyone I know who put in for TP got tickets, so it didn't seem so bad, but it looks like from this forum there were a goo amount of people that didn't get their request.  Good luck to everyone who got shut out?

We may end up with a couple extras since we all got our requests.  I would certainly love to help some people out, but it with email tickets is it better to just return them and let people try again in the re-releases?

Please try to help some of us here in the forum, rather than going back to the secondary lottery.
Last year, our experience with the secondary lottery was a nightmare.

There are so many people here on the forum who will be happy to assist you with the exchange.  Talk to RonNDeb or debbiefromtuscon, two people who will ensure that it will go as smoothly as possible.

Didn't put in for the lottery (although was seriously considering it), but did pick up my locals' ticket today

I can't speak for Planet Bluegrass, but apparently the soon to be released holiday 4-day passes will be priced the same @ $180.

According to the folks at the music store, there's only been a few hundred tickets sold out of a 2,500 ticket allotment.  I'm sure this number might double once people learn the Nov 30 deadline is looming, but seems there's plenty to go around this year on the local front.   Hopefully, people are made aware this is the last chance for locals ... maybe KOTO will ramp up the psa's as the deadline looms.

2012 Prices for Four Days was $165 Holiday, $195 Regular, and the 4SingleDay combo wristband @ $260.  (wasn't fond of that one, just sayin') So looks to be a slight price increase for all for 2013. Well deserved imho.

Thanks Mel.  I've been in touch with Deb and will work through her with extras if I end up with them.
