not sure how I feel about that quiz.

didnt the dixie chicks play/win something at tbf?  maybe something pre-dixie?  can't recollect right now.
I know a Dixie Chick played (in ought9 I think? dang this internet going to make me actually look things up).   I was doomed from then with a -20

what about the Boom Chicks!  bring em back!

no question about if I have an f or an a-hole?

and confederate flags have very little place anymore (especially given the happenstances down the road from me in the last few years....)

do like the cafe for other things tho.

I had negative ratings too and it says I should run from banjo pickers LOL
So I guess I am more of a bluegrass dreadneck (without the dreads)

 LOL LOL LOL

Got a good kick out of that!

But the Dixie Chick, Jazz/Rock and other "non-musics" did me in! Dixie Chicks ain't half bad...hell ya might even call 'em half good, and it ain't a stretch to call 'em "allgood"! I know they made some great hits outta Darrel Scott songs.  And what about Jazz? How 'bout them Flecktones, and it doesn't get much better than hearing Jerry Douglas rip it up on "Spain"...but i guess that aint no part of nothin anyhow. But I tell ya I shore do like that good banjer music  Thumbs Up

I guess I've always more self described myself as a Bluegrass junkie...figure there a lot worse stuff to get hooked on, and their aint no better high than FESTIVAAAAAAAALLLL!!!

thanks for the link Rad!  Cheers

She was going to but had to drop out. And they did win the band contest in 91, I think. I like some of their older stuff, but as they got more and more mainstream I got more and more turned off.

Wave Dixie Chicks are listed as a "Past TBF Band Contest" winner.  Maybe 1990?   Flower

This quiz makes me want to run towards a banjo player?  A.Washburn here on Friday!

If I'm not mistaken, '91 is the correct answer.

The Dixie Chicks won the band contest.

According to this quiz, I'm not a bluegrass redneck. That's cool. I've always considered myself more of a bluegrass hippie anyway. Pipe
