gosh, scooped by our own artist and out researched by the Festivarian Faithful....

but, yes, Steve and them Dukes will be joining us, this time not the "bluegrass dukes", but his more regular band.

um, a bit more rockin of a set!!!!!

So, lets see, count 'em up....

that about does it doesn't it?????

Oh, we've got a couple more, but jeepers, we've already announced a fairly stout lineup! I don't think its fair for you to expect us to come out with anything else amazing.

Or is it????

I still can't get over this one. I really hope Darrell Scott comes out to play a few numbers with him.

I wonder if Eric Ambel still plays with him.  If you've never heard Loud and Lonesome by Eric Ambel and Roscoe's Gang you should check it out.  It's got some Crazy Horse flavor - hard-driving fun rock.

Ha, I'm glad I ended up checking the boards before I called it night!  However, I can't stop grinning now and I think I will have a hard time sleeping now.  These have been some VERY solid additions to the lineup.

I remember when they had to fly Hornsby in by chopper so he wouldn't miss his set.  I think that was before they had Telluride International though, maybe 1991 or 92?  I also think Little Feat played that same year.  It's all kinda blurry. Abduct

Ever since this announcement, I've been "studying" steve earle.
I think I've put my finger on him - Ingredients :
Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, a dash of Darell Scott, and a little Lyle.
Really excited about this one!   Cheers Flower

I find that much of his 80s/90s material recalls The Boss, as well, whether or not Springsteen is an active influence on Steve Earle.

Another great addition.  The Bluegrass Dukes set a couple of years ago at Rocky Grass was one of my highlights of that year.
