After a one year hiatus, a lot has changed for the six year old RiverCity Bluegrass Festival (
www.rivercitybluegrass.com) starting with the name, which is now the RiverCity Music Festival.  While remaining true to its bluegrass roots, some added dimensions will make this a more interesting event for a larger number of people. After relocating from the cavernous Convention Center, the Red Lion On The River offers a much homier environment, while at the same time making it possible to offer multiple stages with comfortable seating.  The free parking doesn’t hurt.  All improving on what was already a very popular and well attended festival.
