Beware of buying from an out of towner.  A woman from Florida misrepresented the type of tickets sold to a friend .  Most of us are honest, ethical people and it is unfortunate when good people are taken advantage of.

well that sucks.  I hope that wasn't from someone here on the forum, most folks here selling/buying tix are quite honest and ethical.
