Cute lil one Matt n Beck... you taking her? And i'll give a big shout out for "TWO WEEKS"!!!

 Cheers

Pearhead,  what part of IL are you from?  I'm from Princeton, IL (an hour north of peoria), but I live in CO now.  I was just there a few weeks ago.

yeah, we're gonna be there with the baby.  It will be her first time camping so it should be interesting! We'll be camping in town park friday- wednesday.  Then we'll be back and forth between TP and a condo during the festival so that should make things easier.  Are you gonna be in TP?

Na..wish we were..but we're out in Mary E. And should prove to be very interesting indeed!!! I'm originally from the shit hole known as Decatur.  Rolleyes But now live just outside a super duper small ass town called Cerro Gordo. About  20 miles east of Decatur. Living in the country's not bad  Thumbs Up I just wish I had mountains in the backdrop and not Industrial Factories n corn/soybean fields...

this is our future festivarian, Jude. she's about 8months old now and our first grandchild (where's that thread about getting old?)

just a reminder for those bringing little ones, they have free earplugs available at the first aid tent.
no she won't join us this year, maybe next year though?

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.

This is me from last October on OU/tx weekend, but a couple of things have changed.  I won't be wearing my sooner gear, I quit smoking 3 days ago  Rolleyes and my beard is in full effect.

Oh yeah and my real name is Beau, you can all call me Cephus (see-fus) like my friends here at home, I'll answer to either one.  And this is a more accurate picture.

I lived in Oklahoma as a teen.... and seeing your shirt reminded me....

Do you know what keeps Texas from slipping off into the Gulf of Mexico?

(Oklahoma sucks.) LOL

Now we could get into the details of the why the wind whips across the plains (Texas blows and Kansas sucks), but we don't need to do that.  :)

Ron - It's been three days without a cigarette for about the 15th time this year, so don't be too surprised to see me lighting up in a couple of weeks, but I too am a stickler for picking up the dirty remains and not just grinding them into the dirt.

Does this mean that I should not bring any for the road trip??
I'm not addicted so I can go without, but they sure are handy on a long road trip!

tommyboy -
there's no way i'm not smokin on that road trip. when I hit slow traffic, I'm a smokestack.  Also, being around people smoking doesn't bother me, so smoke 'em if ya got 'em.
