March Madness.... nothing to do with basketball but instead something more akin to spring fever and the time of year when my five year old child completely unprompted and out of the blue begins saying things like "Mama, the wind today is making me think of telluride", "those trees up there look like the ones in telluride", "I love those dumplings the sisters make", "I can't wait to take the gondola with Joe and Lys", "Do you think Brock is getting ready to play some baseball with me?" All of which I heard today except the tree and dumpling comments which popped out last March .
