The Journey of the Banjomatic by Cindy Lou

There once was a young man named Adam
who lived in a state back East.
He came out here to Colorado
And enjoyed a musical feast.

He made many friends quite easily
And found a new love in his life.
We welcomed him into our family
Full of love and free from all strife.

By the look on his face as he listened,
to Sammy and Johnny and Tim,
I could see that he too had been christened
Into a life-long journey for him.

Inspired by the music and grandeur
that would not fade from his mind,
He picked up this thing called a banjer
And now lives on Telluride time!  (At least in his dreams)

And Adam, I know you already had a banjer when you came here, but the wind is blowing today and I can't think creatively.  That's my story and I'm stickin to it.
Hope you had a fantastic birthday, and I'll have a hug ready and waiting for ya!
 Birthday
:hug
Love, CL
