OK, I'm trying to get the activities schedule together but I've got some questions that need your help.

1. Since there won't be an oyster BBQ on Tuesday what do y'all think about a chili cook-off? Or is there another option?

2. It was mentioned before about a pot-luck breakfast... maybe a breakfast burrito bar? Wednesday (with leftovers from the chili cook-off)?

3. Is Bloody Mary morning Monday, or do we want to do it in conjunction with the pot-luck breakfast? (Debbie did mention that it was hectic on Wednesday).

Time is getting short and I should post the schedule soon.
Please respond with your thoughts. Thanks. Flower

I like this idea BUT most good chilli must cook for a long time- possible using propane etc?

Here are my mostly-useless comments/questions:

- I agree with Debbie....chili may be too involved (cooking time or otherwise) to achieve sufficient participation.

- Bloody Marys on Monday sounds delightful.

- I like the idea of a breakfast burrito bar.  I think it will be less effort for all involved than last year's eggs benedict which frees everyone up to have fun.

- A pancake breakfast may be a fun/delicious/easy idea.

- Are we doing a big bacon order through Debbie again?

- Has Steamboat Crossroads checked in?  Are they doing the big Tuesday night punch thingy this year?

Monday 10:30 AM - Bloody Mary's.

Tuesday 3:00 PM - Old Fashion BBQ at the Jailhouse

Wednesday 10:00 AM - Pot Luck breakfast Burrito bar

The entire schedule will be posted later this week. Cheers
