The Colorado Supergroup, Wicked Messenger, will perform at the Waterfront Music Festival at the Mishawaka Amphitheater on Saturday May 15th!

This is how the night will be set up.  However, there probably will be tunes other than Dylan and Dead songs played.  Also, look out for special guests!  There will be plenty in the house that night (Dave Johnston, Drew Emmitt, The Greensky guys, etc)...

1st set (45 min): Acoustic Bob Dylan by Adam & Ben
2nd set (90 minutes): Electric Grateful Dead with full band

Wicked Messenger:
Adam Aijala, Yonder Mountain String Band: Guitar
Tyler Grant, Emmitt-Nershi Band: Guitar
Ben Kaufmann, Yonder Mountain String Band: Bass
Bill McKay, Leftover Salmon: Keyboard, Piano
Jay Elliott, Runaway Truck Ramp: Drums

Early Bird 3 day passes with FREE camping will be just $89.00 until 5/1 or until the event sells out.

Sounds like that will be a great time! Wish I didn't live so far away from there.

Hello All!  This will be the final festival update...

There are only a few Early Bird 3 day passes with FREE camping available.  We will try and extend this sale until May 1st, unless they completely sell out.  Just $89.00 at www.waterfrontmusicfestival.net!  On May 1st, all tickets prices (weekend pass and single day) will increase.

There will be shuttle service from the campground.  The campground will include a vending area with a food vendor.

We have a group of at least 15 coming from Denver.  I love the Mish and this lineup is fantastic...especially for the price.

I'm getting pretty stocked for the summer festival season!

Just curious... is this going to be taper friendly?  I'd love to get my hands on a recording of both of those Wicked Messenger sets.

If anyone tapes, can you let me know here, or via e-mail at mattbush42@gmail.com

I'm not sure if they will allow taping or not.  However, if I see anyone taping, I am going to try to get a copy of it.  If I'm able to get my hands on a copy, I'll be sure to share.

Excellent.  Thanks a lot!  If they don't allow taping, I hope that the band plays more shows somewhere.  *cough cough* Telluride 2011!

All of the members are from bands that are extremely taper friendly so I'm sure taping will be allowed.  I'm sure we'll see the usual suspects running their rigs.
