With RockyGrass tix going on sale tomorrow (December 9), thought we'd share this preliminary lineup with you guys before anyone else.  We're still busy confirming a bunch more names, but this oughtta put you in a late-July Lyons RockyGrass mood...

Sierra Hull; never have seen her live, but on her videos she is great so in person must be a real treat.

Rockygrass is definitely calling out to me this year!
Tony Rice, the Stringdusters, Seldom Scene, Sierra Hull... Man it's gonna be AWSOME!!! I wish I could do TBF and RG  Rolleyes
well, fingers crossed that some financial miracle happens by then!  LOL

Last fall the "traditionalist extraordinaire" (Billboard) released the follow-up to her critically acclaimed (and Grammy nominated) Mountain Soul bluegrass record, with guests including Del McCoury, Rob Ickes, Jon Randall, Vince Gill, Bryan Sutton, Mike Auldridge and Emmylou Harris.  Stream Mountain Soul II here.  It's a really great record.

I saw the Tony Rice Unit Friday night in Stoughton, WI.  They were great.  Tony played wonderfully and the band was incredible.  Opened with "A few of my favorite things"  Tony's guitar was singing.
