Downtown Telluride is 8750 feet, and Mountain Village is close to 10000, so you'll need some air! EEK!

I'm a virgin to the TBF this year as well.  We will be staying in the Mountain Village Condos with some friends.  We won't arrive until mid-day on Thursday.  What do you recommend for the sun exposure?  Also is there a local store, King Soopers/City Market near the condos or the festival where we can purchase food or should we make sure we bring everything with us from Denver area?  Although we do love the music, we are not sure what else there is at the festival to do other than sit and listen to music (not very good at sitting all day), any suggestions???  I found your workshop list, is that near the music stage?
So many questions....so little time to prepare!!!    EEK!

There are grocery stores on both sides of town. No Soopers, no real fast food places cept pizza and mexi and a few others. Think small town.

The forum is chock full of all kinds activities to consider

Have fun!
