I asked this last year, so assuming nothing's changed - 

Box office will be open noon to nine on Thursday.   I've gotten mine at lunch Thursday the last couple years.

They usually have someone out at the Olson property handing out wristbands to those people parked in line out there or camping out there.  they are out there during part of the day on Thursday.
