Any suggestions for campgrounds on the way back to colorado springs for after the festival ? Preferably ones that take reservations

its my first time out to colorado, so I had planned to take googles advice of:

telluride > montrose ( via co-550) > gunnison (via us-50) > salida (via us-50) > Buena Vista > woodland park (via us-24) > c.springs

Curecanti NRA looks nice in some areas, but an RV mecca in many others  Rolleyes.  Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area comes with recommendations from a friend who lives in denver.

I would look for something around Salida, there's a lot of national forest in the area
