The Sheridan and the Fly-Me-To-The-Moon Saloon are about 2 blocks apart AND are up/downhill from each other AND on opposite sides of the road.  If you start at the Sheridan and then head downhill to the Saloon you may make it  Thumbs Up

Can you tell that Hooch is an engineer by training?  If you drink his Hooch, you'll think he's a chemical engineer, but actually, he's a Festival Engineer...

thanks yall
ive decided to go for both and start at the sheridan as suggested
may have to employ some sort of engineered device with wheels to make the 2 block travel a little easier.... or just run really fast and jump really high and land at the saloon..... engineering or physics, hmmm.........
