so, the past couple of years people have walked around with a mini schedule laminated and worn around the neck. Brilliant idea!  was wondering who does this, are they planning on doing it again, and how can I get in on one?

I seem to recall that Bevin made some of these up for the last couple years...at least I hope I'm remembering that right.

I can make some up also. Let me know if no one else is as I need a contribution to the fun this year.

I would prefer Lanyard size myself... I would love one.....I really liked the ones from a few years ago that had the lineup on one side but the tp activities on the other.....

Hi Debbie,
what is the size of lanyard size?
I can make up 2 sizes for folks if you want?
I like the ones with both schedules too.
O.K., either reply here or better yet, email direct if someone else is printing- otherwise I will make this one of my contributions.
Please let me know how many to make though.... Mayor?

With all of our friends, I'm sure you won't have trouble getting rid of 200-300. Flower
That would be a lot of work to print and laminate though unless you had them done at a copy shop. EEK!

I'm coming into this thread late....

Anyway, I'm the one who's made some of the laminated pocket schedules for the last 4 years.  They've gotten better each year, and have the Main Stage schedule on one side and Night Grass and Workshops on the back.  Someone else made the ones that have the Town Park activities on there as well (I want me one of those!).

I plan to have several hundred laminated, full-color, pocket/lanyard-sized schedules to hand out in Town Park on Tuesday and Wednesday before the music starts.  But the design will not be revealed until they're ready to hand out in the Park.  And thanks to those who know who they are for providing assistance with the production of these little treats!

However, I encourage anyone and everyone to make up their own versions of these things.  We could trade 'em like baseball cards and stuff.  Plus, I need a handy way to remember all those Town Park activities.  So whoever makes those, I'll trade ya!
See you there!

I saw a few of those floating around last year.  I made one up .. kept it simple, just the TBF acts...  It gets folded in half and then laminated :).
