I ALWAYS forget about this. Argh

Gaaarrrrrrgggghhhhh!     Sheesh!       I had totally planned on dropping in on the chat and then I got all caught up trying my hand at making my own tortillas and totally missed it!

In case anybody is interested how my tortillas came out.........  I found that tortilla press is absolutely a MUST!
Gee.....how do those women do it with just a wood dowel???   Years of experience, I guess!

Peace, Festival and Tortillas!

High altitude and rice is just a hard one for me to get just perfect.
Has anyone tried one?
I can hear Jerry laughing at me,,,,"silly yuppy chick,

                         LOL Flower Cheers sunshine

Rice is easy darhlin, it 's keeping the fresh pasta moist enough to roll wihtout drying out in the high mt air open kitchen that was a bitch. Then there was all of that flour on everyone, we looked like ghosts. It'll be a long time before we have a home made pasta feed in camp  LOL LOL LOL

I promise to boil some rice just for you, rice cookers are for sissy's not yuppies  Flower

Cheers

Hey Folks  Wave
It's pledge drive time at KWMR. I will be sharing my pledge drive show on Monday April 14th with the one and only David Gans. We will be pitching the concept of community radio and David will be featuring some of his new personal music releases. I'm sure the Grateful Dead Hour will only be mentioned in passing. Flower

 Cheers Cheers Cheers Cheers
