My friend has a tame 16 year old parrot, named Oz., who she and her husband raised from birth, and she is curious as to whether or not she could bring him to the festival and keep him with her in camp, and bring him onto the festival grounds during the day. He rides on her shoulder and does not fly away. She said California won't let her camp with him. What are the rules in Colorado?

I believe the rule is no pets in any of the camping areas.
