Is the Matterhorn a good spot to camp for the Telluride Bluegrass festival?

If you're looking to be able to get away from the scene, then it's awesome & is relatively close.

The big issues are getting back and forth and parking.  It's about 20 minutes drive to Telluride under normal circumstances, but you'd likely need to park in the TMV (assuming there are spots available on a daily basis) and take the gondola into town from that point.   Assuming there's parking in the TMV and there wasn't a line, you'd be looking at about an hour from Matterhorn -> Telluride.    Depending upon timing, gondola lines could add substantially to the equation.
