So if someone cooked bacon and there was no one there would it make a sound? I think only the KING of all things bacon would know the answer to dat... Flower

Dang, can't a guy take a weekend off to ski and cook bacon for house full of nine hungover people the next morning without everyone assuming I'm either dead or turned vegetarian?  Hehe.

Ron, I LOVE the idea of bacon-wrapped cheese!!  Not so much the shrimp but if it makes your mouth happy then what can I do?

As for Landshark...if someone cooked bacon and no one was there to get splattered with the grease then my opinion is that it would probably get over-cooked.  And I like my bacon less cooked and more chewy than burned and crispy.  So, with that said, I cannot condone anyone cooking bacon when no one is around.  This may also be a safety tip from your local fire department.

Thank you.

Oh right....the sound.  Hard to say.  I've never not been around when cooking bacon to not hear it cook.  But mine is only one person's experience and is not meant to be used as actual fact or a proven theory.

Sam is watching Wordgirl on PBS where there is a struggle between good and evil to procure the "bacon earrings of supreme power". I kid you not.
