I just wanted to point out that on a recent work trip I was able to enjoy a burger made of 50% Ground Beef and 50% Ground Bacon.

I don't think I need to go into how awesome it was...especially here at my desk, I may get over stimulated.

The place was called Slaters 50/50 in Anaheim, CA

Also, we started with an order of Bacon Mac N Cheese....but we were too stuffed to do the Bacon Brownies...

The Jackson 4 were camping at the Pickin in the Pines recently.  We had  three U of A students camped close by. They asked me for some lighter fluid so they could get their coals going and cook something up.  I had some zippo fluid and they took it to their camp.  I don't think it worked very well because an hour later they still seemed to be trying to get it going. We went to the show for a while and when we returned they told me of their collective culinary creation. After coaxing the coals to life they gathered their remaining food stuffs and came up with this, Banacon! ( pronounced ban- aay- kon)  A banana is placed on a stick or marshmallow roaster, bacon is then wrapped around and secured with a toothpick. Its then cooked on a charcoal gill or over an open fire. I did not get a chance to sample any banacon but they were  all excited about how great it was.  Just thought I would pass this along to the bacon king and all of his loyal bacon subjects.
