It Looks Like Rockygrass Is Cancelled

Both Sam Bush and Bela Fleck have removed Rockygrass from their tour pages.  Tony Trischka’s site, tonytrischka.com/schedule,  lists Rockygrass as cancelled, and Academy members have been informed to stop making payments.  While we wait for an official announcement, I for one am sad to miss my twentieth consecutive year attending Rockygrass, I fully understand that the safety of the musicians, staff, and fans is more important vs. proceeding with the festival with so many unknowns.  Please do what you can to support the artists scheduled for the festival during this unprecedented time. 

Again, this is all speculation, but there are too many signs indicating that Rockygrass 2020 will be cancelled.

Della Mae, David Grisman, the McCourys and  Ricky Skaggs still have it listed.  You may be right, but I always look for hope.
