Streaming Past Festival Performances

Hello out there,
I wrote to the folks at the Planet today and suggested they stream past shows either on the dates of a cancelled festival and/or a couple of hours worth of shows each Saturday night while we're under house arrest.  When I couldn't make it to Telluride I've listened to KOTO on a tarp on the patio.  It's not the same of course without the port a potties, but it still lifts the spirit and strengthens the bond.  Who couldn't benefit from a dose of that?  I have no specific knowledge, relationships or skills that would aid in completing such a mission.  Even so, I offered my assistance.  What thinks you?  How many pandemics can there be?  This is our chance!

I've been watching a lot of the Del Fest streams they've put up for free on Nugs this weekend.  It's been wonderful to watch our favorites playing in a festival environment similar to TBF but it's also breaking my heart knowing that 2020 is going to be a washout.  In another couple of weeks, Town Park would start seeing the first festivarians pitching tents, we'd have a solid week of prefest activities scheduled, have vetted the lineup six ways to Sunday and started packing.  Four weeks from today, we'd be hearing the last notes and start looking forward to 2021.   So sad.  In the meantime, I'll watch my Telluride 30th Anniversary DVD and think good thoughts about all the great times we've had and will have again.  Hope all of you are holding up well and stay healthy.  Peace, Love and Bluegrass to all!
