Stepping outside her normal zone, Aoife has recorded an EP with a string quartet.  The pieces are based on poems by Oregon poet laureate Peter Sears and arranged by Jeremy Kittel.  The quartet includes Brittany Haas and Paul Kowert so you know its going to be tasty.

We're seeing her do a set with Noam Pilkeny at the Freshgrass festival in Bentonville AR this April. Really looking forward to that, and Allison Krauss is headlining so I get two AK shows in a year!
