Here's some news that hasn't made it to this list yet. Wes Corbett is replacing Scott Vestal in Sam's band. Thanks to Scott for all the great performances over the past 15 years at Telluride, And Wes, welcome aboard for the ride.

Cheers for Wes Corbett!  A great guy and a fine banjer player.  His old band - Joy Kills Sorrow is still a favorite.  Good pick by Sam.

I'm glad last year was the year Scot picked in Run-A-Muck then!

Wes Corbett is a ripper, he should step in nicely. I will miss that banjo-synth though. Maybe Wes should get one too!

Agreed, Maddie. Fun to have him come and pick until sunrise.
But other news today, mostly sad. Along with Kirk Douglas, Buddy Cage passed away today as well. Will never forget his work with NRPS.
