first time RVers camping at Matterhorn

I've searched for this info, but find it confusing.

We will be RV camping at Matterhorn from Tuesday thru the end of the festival. Where should we park our car to get to the festival? How much time should we allow to drive from Matterhorn, park, walk, and gain entrance?

I've never done it, but you'll have to park up ay Mountain Village, and ride the Gondola into town, where its just a half mile stroll along the river to the festival. I'd guess that a one way trip from matterhorn to festival grounds takes over an hour.

If you’re doing late night stuff in town (Nightgrass, etc), make sure you keep an eye on time, as the gondola closes before, for example, most Nightgrass shows end.
