Thanks!  Flower

I think I remember there being a yoga class somewhere on festival grounds from previous years.

But if there’s nothing planned I am a certified RYT and would be happy to lead some classes for the attendees!!

I would definitely be in for some yoga! I started a post on the Facebook group and there seems to be some interest in doing a yoga event. I'm not an instructor but it sounds like LMoore11 might be able to help us out! This is my first year to the festival, would there be enough space to get a group together somewhere in Town Park? Where would be the best location for this?

I would love to do a morning of yoga with you! Hopefully more will show some interest.
I'm wondering where we could do it. Elks park stage doesn't start until 10 or 1030 depending on the day. That would be a great central location?

I'm sure town park would be a great place but not everyone would be able to attend unless they were camping there. We are in a condo this year (so that won't work for me  :) )

Good point. Where would be a good communal meet up spot that would give everyone the opportunity to attend?

Ladies!!!  Wave Wave Wave

I just got an email from planet bluegrass...

TELLURIDE BLUEGRASS: RISING WITH NATURE
Get your flow on at free morning yoga on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings at 7:30am at the TBF Main Stage.

Join us for a 60-minute gentle yoga class, aimed to connect the mind, body and breath to the rhythm of nature. The sequence is inspired by the Summer Solstice, honoring the season of sun in Telluride. All are welcome in this hatha style class, which includes meditation and flow to center yourself for the music-filled day ahead.

See you all there  Flower

Sounds good! I’m bringing my sound bowls and I am a registered yoga teacher so if a midnight yoga session in town park sounds good I’m your girl!
