Set Times?

Hi all,

I'm a TBF newbie and wondering if set times are ever posted in advance (or ever), or if it's more of a free flowing schedule.  We're bringing our 2 young kids and trying to do some planning (to the extent you can plan when bringing two kids to a music festival  )

They will be posted at some point before the festival. Usually a week or two out, if I'm remembering correctly.

If you want a rough estimate for early planning purposes, here's what you can generally expect when the times are announced.  Start times and set lengths are usually only 15 to 30 minutes different from year to year.

THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL.  But if any set time is wrong by more than 45 minutes, I'll buy you a beer.

I'll admit my defenses were rising upon reading your "pipedream" only because of the reality of mortality.   I got a chill upon hearing about Sam's condition and I'm happy hes healing along. Same chill hit me as I found myself sitting in the hills of home at Dr.Ralph Stanley's funeral looking out at my heroes gathered to honor and lay our high lonesome teacher to rest.  I couldnt help but hum a little sobering but known tune. Many a good questions are found in its lyrics. And eventually we will have to ask them.
"Who's gunna give their heart and soul to get to me and you?"

Thinking it's not because one's "great" that makes one qualify for THE HOUSE BAND, but being a regular, long-standing, 'great' member of said "house". Takes years, IMHO, and as your shirt would be somewhat humorous, it could also be disrespectful. (also just my opinion) We have shirts that say the THB needs more "practice", which attempts to say they should play together MORE! I can't wait to see BS guest with THB, tho.

I agree with you. The thought is ahead of it's time! Maybe He'll have to be regular at TBF before that conversation can happen. THB needs more practice shrit is great!!
