Ticket Goddess - its a free app in the app store. Download it (Google Calendar: Time Planner). Lucas made it a public calendar so you scroll down and find it: "Telluride 2019". Click the box to load it

Yeah I'm wondering about the glass growler issue too, but my fav brewery here doesn't do cans.  I may have to pre-drink all the beer I'm planning to share to save space.

Comrade Hoochie-san...looking forward to sharing a brew with you at pre-fest Tuesday at bottle share...but Montucky Cold Snacks isn't really a local beer to the Western Slope...just so you know. 

I'm struggling what to bring myself...aluminum is so much more festi-user-eco-friendly. Suggestions?

Kegs are the one true "Green" answer. Cans are the most recyclable product, but glass is really not that far behind, and if not 100% recyclable into the same glass form, it's still usable as a recycled product. Growlers and crowlers are good, but I'd have to fill one a week before Tuesday's Beer Share to bring local brews, and in my opinion thats just a hair too far beyond optimal levels.
Outside of the bottles we'll bring for the bottle share the only glass we'll bring for beverages will be whiskey and vodka. We'll probably haul a case of local session beers, but mostly drink TBC and Avery festy beers once in T-Ride. I'm betting we do a once a day growler fill bike ride to TBC till Wednesday.

I remember hearing a few years back that the town of Telluride did not recycle bottles, they have to haul them out of town.  If that is still true, cans are still the best choice to bring into town by far...however, I will probably be bringing a few bottles of Craft in for the tasting because some of them are not made in cans.  Not the end of the world to bring bottles, but if given the choice I hope we all bring cans

I think everything recycled and composted during festival is hauled out of town. It is completely possible to return home with all the glass we bring and recycle it locally, where I know exactly where the glass goes. It's what we tend to do anytime we are out of town and the recycling is questionable.

Really looking forward to sharing our Phoenix (and beyond) beers and participating in all the fun this year as we will finally be coming in for the full experience. The more I read here, the more excited I am, the more beers I realize I want to bring. Now I just have to figure out how to fit in all in the car without sacrificing space for food or camping gear.

I've seen event schedules, but not much info on what's needed:

Crawfish Boil @ Duk Tape approx 5-8pm
Sunday:
Ah-Men for Ramen @Hulaganz 6pm?
Monday:
Bloody Mary Monday @ Bathhouse 10am - noon
Tuesday:
Beer Tasting @ Waterfall 11:59am
Kamp Duk Tape Happy Hour 4pm
Tropical Tuesday @ Crossroads 8pm
Wednesday:
Rum Balls @ Mash Tent (around Noon-3pm)
Potluck @ Camp Billy @ 5pm?

Depending on how much space you have for your trip, you can easily toss a few bucks at the event host to help with their costs.  Otherwise you can also walk to town easily for donation items (like vodka or fixin's for Bloody Mary Monday or rum and fruit for Rumballs).

I can't answer for all of these but here are the ones I know for sure:
Bloody Mary Monday - we had a signup sheet for donations and that list has been fulfilled so we should be good to go.
Beer Tasting - bring your favorite beers from your locale or from your cellar to share!
Rub Balls - bring fruit (sans grapefruit) and rum to the MASH tent on Sunday (6/16).

Paul(s)/Bevin - what do y'all need for your gatherings?

And a few bucks are always accepted to offset the costs!  Or offer to wash dishes!
