Describing this process is not just to vent my spleen, or to complain to Planet Bluegrass (I'm sure this is a crazy morning for them, but for what I know is a quality outfit they seem ill prepared), but perhaps someone more experienced or inside can offer some assistance.

I badly need an RV pass with electric hookup due to health issues. I know Johnson Park has about a dozen, and they go fast, so I was on the phone at 9:00. Of course it was busy, but there is no que in which to wait my turn. It just disconnected. I kept trying until the passes were shown as sold out at 9:20 am. That is not satisfactory customer service.

I put my order through for Johnson Park camping just to be sure I'm in the gate (to put the order through I had to specify I wanted family camping - there was no other option. I have no need of that at all.) Now I badly need a Johnson Park Vehicle Pass, but the site has crashed. Not a happy camper.

Hey I know this will work out and we'll all have a great time, but right now in this first hour it is a disappointing process.

Sorry to hear your having problems. I can almost kind of relate. I had to move my campsite to riverbend because I can no longer make the walk from my beloved Meadow/Lavern park. I emailed the planet a couple of times asking for help. But they have never gotten back to me ether. So I gave up for this year and moved. I think I can make the walk from riverbend. I just wish I didn't haft to leave all my friends at Meadow. But I am sure I will find plenty good people to hang with at the new place.
