I'm thinking of trying to go to Rockygrass for the first time.  I'm a little intimidated by the information about lines to get seats at the venue and arriving early to get camp sites.  It sounds like a lot of time and effort and very competitive.  Not my idea of fun.  If I am more relaxed about it, will I be in the back of the venue looking at specks on the stage and camped next to the porta potty?

We’ve been at the back of the lawn a few times and had a blast. There are no bad places to sit at all. No porta potties near the lawn either. You can walk just about up to the front of the stage for any act.

On site camping is most likely sold out. However, there are numerous campsites right next door that are great and an easy walk to the venue.
