I'm sure it will take a while to have any effect on the festival, but Baked In Telluride is up for sale.

Many fond memories of BIT, eating burritos on the porch. Between BIT and the Buck, all the fine establishments are disappearing.  :cow

That would be awesome.  But besides my lack of industry knowledge, we'd have to live in the back room of the bakery on a cot to avoid those $$$$$ housing prices.  EEK!
