We are TBF virgins and can only attend 1 or 2 days. From looking at names of entertainers from past years, it seems that there is one Big Name singer/band; e.g. Bonnie Raitt, Allison Kraus, etc.
Can any of you past attendee folks tell us if the main headliner appeared on Friday or Saturday.  Did they make more than one appearance.  Was it usually at night?  Thanks a bunch!

First of all, good idea trying to get to TBF, welcome!  Wave But really, not a good idea doing only 1-2 days, IMHO. It's a looong ways from pert near everywhere to Telluride...
Secondly, there's no way of knowing where the "special"  artists will be in the schedule. Sometimes it's on Thursday,  but Robert Plant was on Sunday night. The only regularities seem to be when the "regulars" play. Sam on Sat nite, Yonder Sat afternoon, Bela on Friday nite, Punch Bros on Sunday, etc.
Usually a "headliner" act would be in the evening, tho.
Are you traveling to TBF from the "Heartland"?   Cheers
