I have a question!   Wave  How important is it for those of us bringing side dishes to share to have the ingredients in those dishes be natural/organic?  Grand Junction is a small town and we only have small natural food stores here who charge astronomical prices for their food (I emailed "Whole Foods" and asked them to consider building a store on the Western Slope but I never heard back.).  Walmart has some organic produce but it's limited.  I'm talking about the good stuff like peppers, onions, etc.  Would you rather have us donate $$ instead of non-natural/organic dishes?   I'd like to be sensitive to the cause.    Looking Looking

It's true that organic is better, but not absolutely necessary.
I'm sure any side dish would be welcomed. Flower

It's all about sharing the love Daniella. Flower

I'm blessed with living at ground zero of the localvore movement and have 15 or 20 organic farms with a few miles.  Thumbs Up Not all of us have that fortunate circumstance, I would suggest you all bring the best you can offer in the range of your budget. It's hard to stock up enough for this long strange trip we call Town Park.

After all I have been known to buy convential when it looks really good. Anything but milk..... Any milk with bht in it makes my best friend lactate. So I stick to the organic stuff in honor of her.

30 days and 5 hours to Rumballs - CAN I LEAVE RIGHT NOW?????????

 Cheers

Hey... it doesn't have to be organic!  That's just a personal preference.  Please bring or make anything you'd like to share.  It's so cool when someone walks up with stuff and shares...  That's the idea here.
I've got a killer recipe for a mexican cheese dip that's made with velveeta... definately not organic... most likely synthetic!  But boy is it goooood!

The Kaptain  Thumbs Up
