By the way, unofficially,  you folks that pull in Friday or Saturday - stop by for Red Beans and Rice.  No need to cook the same day you're setting up or pulling in.  I made 5 pounds and they are yummy (pre-soaked to remove gas inducing tent issues).

Thanks for posting this schedule.   And thanks in general for all the info.(valuable and useless) from all you cats!  I really appreciate it.

And if anyone feels like swinging down to TX in September to see Bela and the crew and about 129 other bands at the 6th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, I'll be there for the 5th straight year.  And I'd be more than happy to answer any questions about that shindig.

I will have questions, as I intend to attend as well!  Well... unless the lineup for the Bush Retirement Party is too hard to pass up!  In which case I'll have to save my airline ticket to Austin for that shindig!

Saturday June 9th - ABGAT team arrives in Town Park.


Friday June 15th - noon - Last Dollar Saloon - Pre fest kick-off,
drinks and people watching.


Saturday June 16th - 8AM - Town Park preserve land rush.
The day Planet Bluegrass takes over Town Park, and all
the historical camps begin to set up in the Bear Creek Preserve.


Saturday June 16th - 4:20PM - Afternoon Vapors attitude adjustment - location: Secret.


Sunday June 17th - free day - With games and such throughout the day, including
Frisbee Golf, Washers, and cross country Croquet, continuing during the week as well.


Sunday June 17th - 3PM - The Goddess Walkabout/Bachelorette Party - meet up at the central Town Park bathrooms



Monday June 18th - 12Noon - Rumball preparation party at the MASH tent site.
Bring some fruit or booze to contribute (fruit cocktail will work
as will fresh melon, strawberries, etc.) Note: Please no grapefruit,
my medication prohibits it!


Monday June 18th - 3PM - Smugglers birthday bash begins.
Smugglers Brewpub – Corner of San Juan and Pine.
Some may be there earlier, some later, but you can bet
that again we will be heard all the way to Town Park!
It's a birthday celebration for everyone that has a birthday
in 2007! At 5:00PM we will raise our glasses in a toast to
all those that cannot be there.


Tuesday June 19th - 12PM - Homebrew beer-fest by the central bathrooms.
Bring a keg/growler of your homebrew/microbrew for tasting.


Tuesday June 19th - 4PM - Oyster/Clam BBQ at Telluride Tom's campsite.
This also includes Ron's Catfish Fry, and Rhonny's Chili Verde.



Tuesday June 19th - 9PM - Telluride Tom's video presentation.
At Telluride Tom's camp, but location could change.


Wednesday June 20th - 9:30AM - Bloody Mary Morning by the central bathrooms/showers.


Wednesday June 20th - about 5PM - Rumballs at the MASH tent site.


Wednesday June 20th - about 6PM - Pot Luck at Camp Billy/Arizona Bowl.


Wednesday June 20th - about 8PM - Free box fashion show – Camp Billy.
Find something in the free box in town and enter the contest!


Wednesday June 20th - about 9PM – Carissa’s slide show at the central bathrooms
and showers.


Thursday June 21st - 12PM - Town Park Turkey Fry - Town Hall - 12 birds deep fried in peanut oil.


Thursday June 21st - 12PM - Festivarian gathering at the beer tent. Look for
all the people wearing festivarian buttons!


Thursday June 21st - Following The Telluride House Band (6:30PM) - Annual Listivarian Photo shoot in front of the beer tent.


Friday June 22nd - 12PM - Festivarian gathering at the beer tent.


Saturday June 23rd - 12PM - Festivarian gathering at the beer tent.


Sunday June 24th - 9AM - Sourdough Sunday - Brunch at camp Run-a-muck/Town Hall. Waffles provided, just bring fruit and champagne.


Sunday June 24th - 12PM - Festivarian gathering at the beer tent.
