It's probably a moot point because we probably don't have room for it, but if I brought my daughter's Razr scooter (folds up small etc) so she could ride it to and from our condo, would it be allowed into the festival gates? Obviously it's not too conducive to her riding around inside the gates and we would fold it up to enter. Curious if any of you have gone this route before - we've mostly done strollers and wagons, but at 5 she values independence a bit more :-) Thanks for the collective wisdom.

I highly doubt the good folks at Planet Bluegrass would prohibit your daughter from carrying her treasured symbol of independence into the festival grounds.  The grounds are dirt and grass (which will be mostly covered with tarps) -- as you stated, not conducive to scootering once you enter the grounds.
