Yes they are.  Lot of camps had those propane heaters.  The weather forecast is a lot cooler than last year too.

I've been bringing a propane campfire for many years.  I also bring a couple of fire extinguishers to keep near by as well.  Safety first and all...

And where you find a propane fire pit you will usually find a picking circle, especilaay around 4AM

The propane fire pits, stoves, heaters are fine. Mark is saying that there are no open fires in Telluride. No fire pits that like you'd see in many campground  elsewhere. Propane is our friend!  Thumbs Up
