Crap we won't get there in time to enjoy...anything going on Tuesday?

Schedules still pending, the only events I know for sure:
Good Time Travelers are playing at Camp Run a Muck at 8pm, and the Tropical Tuesday party at Steamboat Crossings after that. Could be another event at 4, but nothing confirmed yet.
 Cheers

WOOT WOOT !!!  Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

We are looking good for Bloodys peoples!! Anyone searching for the bubbles instead, please bring some champagne.  Flower

This year I've decided to move the location back down to the bath house where it had been for years. It's easier to find, but more important, there is more room to hang out!! Which is the whole point to begin with Thumbs Up

We're planning to be setup by 10 am so those early risers don't have to wait too long. We'll stay set up until about 1 pm or we run out of the goods, or when interest has flown away.  Clap

Those of you with non perishables can drop them off at Kamp Duc Tape anytime, I'll have a bin set aside for the Bloody event. Or bring them by first thing Monday, I'll be cooking bacon!  Wink

We will still need celery and ice, lots of ice. Last year I used the tip money to buy ice on the fly, so we could do that again. Celery we can get locally at the market.

Also, remind your neighbors to bring their festi cup! Though this year Eco Products is helping us out with compostable cups that we will have on hand for those that forgot, and the newbies ... so a big shout out to Eco Products for all they do to help the Planet keep this festival sustainable!!  Medal

Only 4 days until I'm heading out  Driving
See y'all soon!
 Cheers Rollin Cheers

Howdy Ms Misty and Welcome Wave

That sounds good! You need to teach me how to blend in the tobacco so its' flavor profile is just right!  Wink
Only thing I can think of is if your have any flavorful hot sauce to use as a condiment/garnish?

If you can make it by 3 pm, you can win a trip around Town Park in the Goddess Walk!
Regardless, have a safe drive  Thumbs Up

Can newbies join in? We will get there Friday night/ Saturday and haven't gotten to camp in Town Park before. It's also my first TBF. If so, what can we bring?

Newbies are encouraged to join in! You can definitely bring your favorite bloody garnishes. Looks like Paul waa still missing some Champaign for mimosas. I'm not sure if anything else is needed, but I'm sure Paul can fill you in!

Welcome to the fun! Make sure to fund your way up to us at Run a Muck for the worst shot you'll enjoy all festival and any number of our solar powered shows!

Hi Erica  Wave

Of course newbies can come! We all started in your shoes!! The community at this Festival is unlike anything I have experienced, and IMO, the Town Park experience before the actual festival starts, is what puts a smile on my face  Thumbs Up
and really sets the stage for the actual 4 days on the main stage.

Like Hot Sugar said, if you like mimosas, bring champagne. We seem to be short on that. For Bloodys bring your favorite condiments/garnishes. I do know we will need lots of ice and celery, but we can get that at the local market in town, so it's fresh. But you are welcome to bring those lovely green stir sticks that become part of the whole 'salad' experience!
We will be arriving the same time so hopefully I'll meet you then. Be sure to come by Kamp Duk Tape!

Get ready for the best week of the year!!
 Cheers

The main reason why we have these prefestival events other than to amuse ourselves is that is how you get to meet everyone. Once the music starts on Thursday it's hard for everyone to get together. So bring your glass and come make your new best friends.

Thanks for the responses Hot Sugar and Pass Port  Cheers
I can bring a couple / few bottles of champagne! I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the festivities.  If I had my camper / or a freezer I would make these delicious little cubes.  They make for better ice as they don't water down your drink.

Supposedly the best Bloody Mary in the world is at Pitliks Sand Beach Resort outside Eagle River WI. They serve it with shrimp, asparagus, pickle, artichoke heart, baby corn, and a pickled turkey gizzard if you choose. If you ever get that far North I suggest stopping in there fun place. 2 more days till we leave!

There's hundreds of "Best Bloody Mary" bars in Wisco... Most are presented with brunch on a stick.
A favorite is at the confluence of the Mighty M'sspi & the St Croix rivers, In Prescott, WI.  The No Name Saloon/Famous Monkey Bar (bikes, boats, & trains)
