I read that campfires are not allowed at the lawson hill camping area,  since there wont be those late nighters around a campfire, can i still expect a lantern party? Cheers

Abso-friggin-lutely!  In fact, I've been shopping online the last couple of days for a bright, quality LED lantern to use since I realized there'll be no campfires.
