To add a little country to the line up:
Sturgill
Black Lillies
Billy Strings
Wouldn't be a single person sitting for any of these sets!  :burn

Thumbs Up I like all of these suggestions, and would add Chris & Morgane Stapleton.

Parker Milsap

His second album The Very Last Day is probably my most played of the year. He kills it live.

ER played the fest in 2013 and played a very nice set. If you dig through the bt.etree archives you can find their set somewhere.

I would love to see Horseshoes and Hand Grenades back to Telluride for my 30th. Colorado folks can check them out next week with stops in Frisco, Aspen, Ft. Collins, Boulder and Denver. They have become one of my favorite bands to see and after six years of touring are ready for another shot at the Fred Shellman stage. All their shows in Wisconsin seem to sell out and looking forward to seeing them Saturday night at First Avenue in Minneapolis. I also think this is a likely year to have AKUS back.

Right on, Maple Al. Per usual.

 Thumbs Up
This would be awesome! Though in the past, the guys joined up typically when they support a new album. Let's hope they've been writing together again because Memories and Moments and their Sheridan nightgrass set were epic.

Decide what to be...and go be it - s/s avett

Although they are from different mountains I would like to cast a ballot for the Avett Brothers. Their live performances are awesome and you never know who they might cover.
Also...maybe Amanda Shires...perhaps she would bring her back up guitar player, Jason.
