When is the earliest we can access Riverbend camping with a camping and car pass?

Thursday at 6pm. Cars line up any time prior to that the whole week before.

This is for Riverbend.  9 AM on Thursday.  They don't want anyone in the camping area or parking before that.  Last year they did allow some people to park a bit earlier, but only after PB staff was there.  They usually set up sometime after 8, and take down the sign/barricade blocking the driveway.
